Personalized, used, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:
If you want to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
