Refund policy

Eligibility:

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • Personalized, used, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team at hello@rynfon.com to request a return.

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:
If you want to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
